| This is a photo of some communist flags strung over PT Rajan road, just down the street from the UW program house. It's pretty blurry picture, so sue me. I like the dramatic effect. In the yellow sign in the bottom left-hand corner you can see a billboard for a STD booth. This ought to get a chuckle. It's probably not the kind of STD you're thinking about. An STD/ISD booth is a little outpost where you can make local long distance and international telephone calls with the help of a guy that just sits there and takes your money. |
