These are pillars inside the Airavatesuara Temple in Darasuram just outside of Trichy, Tamil Nadu. There's millions of 'em!! And they covered in myths carved out of the rock. It's absolutely beautiful. You could come back everyday for a thousand years and read a different stone comic book each time.
